Again this has come from a no named source so I don't fully believe the words written. IMO if the rumours and gossip was to be believed then I would put Johnny's agreement down to not really caring what happens to the house in the South of France. it's just a house. What is truly important to him is in LA - his children. I can't think of any reason for him to want to spend time in the South of France anymore, it doesn't appear as if he as for a few years now. If he wanted to get away from it all then he still has the Island and the yacht. So i don't think it would be a question of Vanessa being 'allowed' or agreed access to the house in France more of a case of she can have it if she wants it. Besides it is also one of their homes that their children know well and I would like to think they would still be enjoying holidays there with their mother. Seems to me the more that is coming out, even in the tabloid press, is they are both moving on. Vanessa herself has said she is where she wants to be so clearly she is happy. Depp hasn't spoken but he certainly isn't looking miserable. The kids look happy and healthy. I can't wait to see who they both end up with next to be honest. I don't care if Vanessa becomes a cougar and goes through a series of toy boys and Johnny with Tim - joke for our friends from the russian site  |

Maybe that comment about the house it's because what it's said it in the french mags...that Johnny left the house and then David came...then it would be odd if it wasn't something agreed for both parts, you know? Maybe it's not "necessary", but just to show respect, because it was the house he built, with his children, his ex-woman, etc...and the same it would be expected on Johnny's part (says to Vanessa to show respect to her, that "whatsherface" going to be at home/yacht/island, with her children, sleeping in her ex-bed with her ex-man, etc (well, the last part it would be a little too graphic...maybe ;D) And talking about respect...when I come here and read the discussion (of course, I understand that they're made in heat and without the intention to be mean with every part  ) you don't know how much I admire Johnny and Vanessa!!They're the ones broken up, the ones who suffered (for how much time? we don't know), the ones who have to become used to "sharing" children, sharing memories, but without sharing as a "couple" anymore...they are the ones relieved, the ones still (i'm sure) missing each other... the ones who have to learn how to go on and change the plans they had for 14 years together!
And still they are the ones teaching us RESPECT! without public fights, without scandals between them, without BLAMING EACH OTHER!!  So if they aren't blaming each other...what give us the "right" (to us, that we know nothing about what happened in their private lives!) to blame them? Sorry for my english!

Tina...and how did you get those "hints"? Did you speak with "the source" personally? I came across them accidentally a while ago, but anyone can find them if they know where to look or if the comments haven't been removed. What they are don't matter anymore. I just get upset at everyone dumping on Johnny. He's not about to go spill his guts in public to defend himself if it means dishing dirt on someone else. |

the house is hers too (I guess), and the source of this information it's the sun, it's as reliable as star and life&style, they didn't even got her age right, they say she is 40, she is 39, I call it another prefabricated story..  but you never know, let's see, if it's true we will see.. time with tell. |

I am sure I am old fashioned, but I would hope Johnny and Vanessa would not be hopping into bed with new people. That is NOT good example to the children.

Johnny and Vanessa will set their own moral standards for their children, just as every parent does. I don't see where it is anyone's business to pass judgement on them, especially since we don't know anything about their personal lives. |

Wow! this pic is real? but, and John Nollet? It´s just... confuse... in the pic with john nollet and rumor recent, vanessa got out him house with bags of trip late night (nobody in the street), after she got to St. tropez... Vanessa seams allways very happy with john nollet. I don´t believe that she is together with David...still they are looks semelhant.

It´s nollet, not noller. and, he can be gay and can be bisexual also. it´s normal in world. and people change too... some gay guys fall in love with my sister ... it's complicated but this happen here in this planet. I think nollet love vanessa. I see it in him eyes. WHAT??? "Better than JD.." it´s impossible... Johnny is man more beautiful, lovely and perfect in the world, but johnny not love vanessa... nollet more beautiful that David (eyes and smile is lovely, my opinion).
