I don't know why anyone things she looks bad. Not far off her look in Girl on a Bridge. I love this look on Vanessa. I hope she is enjoying the filming, but takes care to stay out of the hurricanes way, if they are indeed filming in NYC.

Its horrible to see all the trashy tabloids suddenly printing all of her photos because she doesn't look her best in them, it really winds me up! I know I just shouldn't read but I always feel like I need to stick up for her. Vanessa doesn't look her glamourous best her but shes playing a character who is obviously fairly dowdy. Besides that she must be jet-lagged & has had a turbulent year so far by anyone's standards. I'm proud of how well she has handled what must have been one of the most difficult years of her life. [Also I love her teeth] That's what they do, I don't read them anymore they make me sick so I avoid them at all costs... |

I think some people are too dumb to realise she is playing a hassidic widow of course wearing that kind of hair lack of makeup same with cafe the flore initially the director didnt want her for the role because he thought she was too beautiful to play such a character but she convinced him and they made her look very very plain jane. I dont love this look but I like it she looks so sweet and still pretty but IMO nowhere near to her look in girl of the bridge (maybe the opening scene) she was so gorgeous in girl on the bridge, truly, my opinion is that i would lovei her to play more glam characters and leave a little the plain janes characters I consider her a versatile actress but she is getting one dimensional playing this kind of roles JMO. |

It's also a bit ironic to see Sofia Vegara in this film. She has said, several times, that she has a huge crush on Johnny Depp.

In a new interview with dailybeast she says she plays the hassidic lice lady to Woody Allen's children, i am confussed now lol, wasnt she supposed to play one of the women who hires the gigolo (turturro)? lol or I guess then she meets the gigolo

That Daily Mail article describes VP as 'Catholic born' I'm presuming thats just another example of their sloppy journalism or is it actually based on fact?

DailyMail always have their information wrong so I wouldn't pay attention to their "catholic born" info, idk , I won't ever waste my time getting into that rubbish website again, thanks for the pics, she looks so quirky and adorable, so what is Liev playing? a policeman? |
